Welcome to West Road Park

West Road Park is a quiet residential neighborhood on Springfield's west side, located off W. Iles Avenue between Koke Mill and Meadowbrook. Established in 1976, the community's 48 homes are set among mature, established trees, offering a peaceful setting in one of Springfield's most convenient and desirable areas.

The homeowners association maintains a shared pond and common areas, and upholds the covenants that preserve neighborhood character for all residents.

This website is a resource for current homeowners and prospective residents: board contacts, governing documents, upcoming meetings, and answers to common questions.

All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend. Meeting notices with full details are sent in advance. A proxy form is available for the annual meeting if you're unable to attend in person.
